October 2026 Poker Training Releases: From EV Fundamentals to Red Line Discipline

New training material is most valuable when it fills a hole in the way you think. October 2026’s seven additions to Elite Poker Guide present two complementary approaches to that task. The first is a structured German-language route through Pete Clarke’s Carrot Poker School. The second is an English-language deep dive into non-showdown decisions from thejericho2 at Run It Once.

At a glance: what actually arrived?

Six Carrot courses — Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade E, Cash Injection and Weapons of War — account for 63 videos and approximately 50 hours. They feature AI-dubbed German audio and German subtitles, not official German-language studio releases. Run It Once Red Line Mastery adds 131 English-language videos and roughly 56 hours. Together, that is 194 videos and more than 100 hours across the seven courses.

Course fit matters more than the number of videos

Choose Grade 1 if EV, equity, blocker selection and the reason behind a c-bet still feel loosely connected. Choose Grade 2 if you understand the basics but lack repeatable approaches to river sizing and bluff-catching. Choose Grade 3 if you need more confidence constructing ranges through raises, overbets, and 3-bet/4-bet pots.

For players with a theoretical base, Grade E examines population tendencies using historical hand data; its dataset dates from 2020–2021, so modern applicability should be evaluated rather than assumed. Cash Injection puts more weight on targeted exploitative ideas, while Weapons of War expands the strategic toolkit with less common lines.

Why Red Line Mastery deserves its own track

Many players interpret a declining red line as a command to bluff more. That is too simplistic. Non-showdown performance also depends on defense, position, range interaction, calling and identifying situations in which aggression has poor expected value. Red Line Mastery organizes this subject into 14 chapters, including dedicated work on calling, river play and blind-versus-blind spots.

Its length is a feature for players willing to review hands between lessons, but it can become a liability if treated as content to binge. Take one concept, tag relevant hands, and evaluate whether an alternative line is justified. Repeat before adding another concept.

Before you choose a course

Try the free preview in the complete October article, check the individual index, and confirm that the course targets your present format. These releases are aimed at NLHE cash players rather than tournament specialists or complete poker beginners.

EPG lists the new courses with a FOREVER LICENSE: one payment, lifetime use of downloaded files and no ongoing subscription. Payment is through cryptocurrency; the team delivers links manually after confirmation. Links are available for seven days, so files should be saved promptly.
